Poweroff at Shutdown

If your computer does not turn off the power when doing a shutdown,
you may need to edit the registry.

Open Registry Editor

Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop

Now edit the key "PowerOffActive" and give it a value of 1

You can also do the same by Navigating to HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop.
